We’re very flexible and we can adjust our schedules to the time you have available. That’s why we offer two types of tennis training: short and intensive. Both programs, which are customized to suit the needs of each player, provide from 5 to 7 hours of training (tennis and fitness) at day.
The goals we set at the begining of the training can be at short, medium and long term and depending on the results we reach with the workout plan we set and the progress we see, we make the changes we think you need in order to keep growing as a player.
We develop our training programs in small groups (from 2 to 4 players) and every program includes:

The physical training is the other half of this equation. That’s why we developed a specific fitness plan for each of our students, always keeping in mind their individual needs. First of all, the skills of every player are checked in an initial test so we can start planing the training program that we’ll be following during their stay with us. This program is reevaluated from time to time, acording to the progress of every player, in case some changes need to be made.
Keep in mind that sucess in a sport like tennis, where intermitent work predominates, relies on hard work to improve basic aspects such as strength (both aerobic and anaerobic), and speed in every level.
Also, the asymmetry that characterizes this sport must be addressed from the very early stage of the player development with tasks of strength and elasticity of the muscles that improve his posture: abdominal, spinal and upper back as well as coordination and agility exercises. The aim is to achieve the perfect balance between the development of their physical qualities and their mental ones.
We know how important it is to have a good mental training when it comes to play the best tennis you can play. Why? Because your ability to play depends on how strong your mind is to face your opponent on the field. That’s why we’ve created a special program that will help you to improve your mental skills and understand that yes, tennis is about hard work, but it’s also a mental challenge and the only way to master it, it’s by using your strength and your mind. And that’s the reason we need to work on both.
Mental training in sports involves the application of certain psychological skills to improve and enhance the athlete’s performance because, in many cases, the difference between two athletes with similar physical abilities lies in their mental preparation.
For a proper mental training, we need to dominate pre and post- competitive anxiety and handle the hard times that may come in the field. This can only be accomplished with visualization, a technique that implies the creation and recreation of an experience in your mind to replace the lack of external stimulation.
All professional tennis players care about their health and nutrition because one cannot be accomplished without the other and because they learn very early in their careers that’s the key to give their best on the field.
Since we are convinced that a healthy eating rutine is the first step into a successful physical training, in our tennis coaching program we count on a group of professional nutritionists making sure that every player mantein a healty diet that leads him or she to be in their best shape to face the physical work.
These nutritionists will show them the percentage of carbon hydrates, fats, vitamins, protein, water, sodium and else they should eat before and after workouts. Also, several medical studies will be made to verify they are eating according to their diet.
It is important to know that a good nutritional status is the result of proper eating habits incorporated into the daily life and not just in the weeks or days before an event.
One last thing: as you may know at this point, we take tennis seriously, as well as your enthusiasm to improve your skills.
Our full program of tennis coaching in Barcelona that includes all the perks that define the athletic performance of a player as tactics to employ, a good physical form, an even better mental health and a proper nutrition can prove our commitment with this vibrant sport called tennis.
